📦 7-Day Easy Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days.

✅ Eligible Reasons for Return

You can request a return or replacement if:

You received a damaged or defective product
You received the wrong item
The product has a manufacturing issue
The product is significantly different from the description

⚠️ Conditions for Return

To ensure a smooth process, please make sure:

The product is unused and in original condition
All original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact
You have a valid order ID / proof of purchase
An unboxing video is available (mandatory for damaged/wrong item claims)

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, such as:

Products used or damaged by the customer
Items returned without original packaging
Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

🔄 Replacement Process

Once your return request is approved:

We will arrange a reverse pickup (where available)
If pickup is not available in your area, you may need to self-ship the product

After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process a replacement or refund as per your preference.

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after quality check and approval
The amount will be credited to your original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via:
- Bank transfer / UPI
